Together with XNEXT, a company designed to be a benchmark in the iGaming industry, we became architects of their presence. Jointly, we wove a cohesive narrative that spanned from the physical space to the digital world.

From Design to Impact at Sigma Americas 2024

The first challenge, and at the same time an opportunity, was to conceptualize and bring to life the XNEXT booth.

We understood that this space had to be a meeting point, the first tangible impression that attendees would have of the brand. Our design team sought to reflect XNEXT’s vision through innovation in every visual and structural element.

From there emerged the creation of a space strategically designed to attract attention, foster interaction, and communicate XNEXT’s value proposition clearly and attractively.

Every detail, from the layout of the space to the lighting and materials used, was carefully selected to generate the attraction of potential clients.

Strategic Lead Capture

The presence at Sigma Americas was about laying the groundwork for future collaborations. To this end, we designed an intelligent lead capture system. We implemented intuitive and attractive forms directly at the booth, inviting interested attendees to share their data.

In addition, to maintain contact and build relationships, we developed a sequence of personalized emails. Each email, carefully crafted with XNEXT’s tone and key information, aimed to:

  • educate leads about their solutions,
  • highlight their competitive advantages, and
  • keep the conversation alive long after the event concluded.

This “lead nurturing” strategy was fundamental in converting initial interest into real business opportunities.

We covered the key presentations, networking interactions, and the overall atmosphere of the conference. And the icing on the cake? We had the incredible privilege of filming with football legend Ronaldinho! His presence added a touch of magic and mass appeal to the video, elevating its impact and reach.

For us, Sigma Americas was a celebration of the avant-garde and connection in the iGaming industry. Our summary video sought to encapsulate that idea.

Consequently, each post was carefully crafted; emphasis was placed on using professional and engaging language to highlight their value proposition, their presence at the booth, and, of course, the collaboration with Ronaldinho.
